Jun 05, 2008 Champagne of beer #1: Miller Chill

June means it’s BBQ season, and BBQ season means it’s time to bring out the real beer. No more crappy microbrews with “flavor” and “no headache the next day.” BBQ season means real beer. Beer infused with lime.

The champagne of beer

I’m still unsure what “Chelada style” means, although going by Wikipedia’s definition of michelada style beer, I am just going to assume that Miller missed the mark by a few yards. (How shocking is that?)

But that’s not to say Miller Chill isn’t delicious! Oh no no no! It’s so good when it hits the lips! It’s like… biting into a lime while sifting water through it. Close your eyes and concentrate really really hard, and you might even notice a hint of beer.

You’d be a Ryouche not to enjoy a Miller Chiller. Or maybe you’d be a Ryouche to enjoy it.

You decide.
